People First in Port Arthur Local Team Collaboration: * Join our close-knit team of two physicians and nine CRNAs at The Medical Center of Southeast Texas. * Practice to the top of your license in a collegial family-like team. Qualifications: * Master's or Doctoral degree in Nurse Anesthesia from an accredited program. * Current licensure as a CRNA in Texas. Practice in the Heart of the Community Flexible Scheduling: * We provide a variety of flexible scheduling options to accommodate your needs. * The position includes a limited home call rotation occurring approximately every 2 1/2 weeks and weekend call every 9th weekend. Key Responsibilities: * Provide anesthetic care alongside a team of physicians and CRNAs. * Manage healthy OB/GYN, Ortho, Plastics, Peds ENT, GI/Endo patients. * Run seven points of service daily that taper down as the day progresses. Rewards and Benefits: * Compensation: * Yearly 1099 compensation is $320k(depending on how much call you want to take). * A commencement bonus is available for this position. * Call shifts are paid separately: $600 for weekday calls and $2600 for weekend calls. * Benefits: * Sound paid malpractice insurance, including tail coverage
