We are seeking a
Thermoforming Machine Operator
for a
full-time
position for our client, a manufacturing company located in
Portsmouth, NH . The Thermoforming Machine Operator will be responsible for producing ThermaPANEL Assembly Units while operating a twin-sheet thermoformer. This role requires a solid understanding of using a stamping press to trim parts, as well as testing and inspecting parts to ensure they meet quality standards. Additional responsibilities include assisting with panel testing, labeling, packing, and other assigned tasks. The Thermoforming Machine Operator will be successful in this role by maintaining high-quality production standards, ensuring precision in part trimming and inspection, and effectively supporting the overall manufacturing process. This is a full-time position located in Portsmouth, NH.
As a Thermoforming Machine Operator you will be responsible for:
Operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting equipment Running thermoforming (or similar) machinery Testing and inspecting parts for quality control The ideal candidate for this role will have:
Experience with hydraulics, pneumatic, electric motors, and thermoforming machinery. Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment. Fully vaccinated. High attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work. 1+ year of experience in machine controller operation or plastics/forming. Knowledge of Allen-Bradley control systems. A reliable, self-motivated, and team-focused attitude. Benefits:
