Primary Responsibilities: * Conducts pre-donation medical screening. * Interaction and responsiveness to customer needs. * Assesses donor suitability and engages in set-up. * Provides appropriate feedback to ineligible donor candidates. * Ensures all donor screening information is complete. * Ensures donor confidentiality.
