The General Manager is responsible for all functions of the restaurant. These functions include: Directing daily operations. Training staff and ensuring restaurant cleanliness. Managing guest relations. Directing staff and overseeing completion of food and beverage orders as needed. Serving quality food and beverages. Maintaining company standards and culture. Responsibilities include: Ensure that all food and products follow the standard operating procedures. Ensure that the team adheres to sanitation and cleanliness standards through employee training. Control cash and receipts by following cash handling and reconciliation policies. Fill in where needed to maintain guest service standards and operational efficiency. Complete all required paperwork, including forms, reports, and schedules in an organized and timely manner. Ensure all delivered products are received in correct unit count and condition according to receiving policies.
