When you join Switalski Eye Care, you’re joining a group of professionals committed to providing comprehensive, high-quality eye care and exceptional patient service. We take pride in using advanced ocular technology and fostering a compassionate and skilled team to meet all our patient’s vision needs. As the newest Optometrist on our team, you will have the opportunity to practice full-scope optometry and develop new specialty services, all while enjoying a flexible schedule that includes availability on Saturdays. We support professional growth and welcome both experienced and new practitioners. For those considering relocating to Richardson, Texas—a vibrant city in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex known for its excellent schools, scenic parks, cultural venues, and convenient access to Dallas—this position offers an ideal balance of career advancement and quality of life due to its flexible schedule. We utilize state-of-the-art technology and personalized treatment approaches to ensure exceptional patient outcomes. We prioritize patient-centered care and actively engage with our local communities to promote vision health and foster long-term relationships with our patients. Our team of highly skilled professionals is part of a respected, growth-oriented practice dedicated to excellence in eye care. The practice is conveniently located inside a Visionworks store, so patients don't have to go far to get the complete, professional eye care they deserve. What You'll Do: Conduct comprehensive eye exams. Diagnose a range of conditions. Provide tailored treatment plans based on individual patient needs. Collaborate with a team of professionals, treating around 14 patients on an average day or more. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can handle fast-paced environments and can communicate effectively and efficiently. We have the latest eye care technology, including Topcon Maestro OCT and Optos. A strong commitment to continuous learning, exceptional communication skills, and a genuine passion for making a positive impact in the lives of others are essential qualities as you will play a vital role in the continued success and expansion of the business.
