Branch Manager/Lead Agent
to join our team at our location in Richfield Bloomington Honda in Richfield, MN! This important role requires a motived, service-oriented individual seeking both personal and professional growth.
Integrity Insurance Agency is a full-service, independent insurance agency that provides exceptional customer service to all clients in Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Indiana. Integrity represents a network of insurance providers including Grange Insurance, Progressive, Safeco, Geico, First Chicago, and Travelers.
Pay:
$60,000-$80,000
Responsibilities:
Provide consultative services to clients for optimal insurance coverage and needs Consistent use of Integrity Insurance Sales Process to maximize customer service and benefit Complete all training for compliance, procedures, and products Actively market and follow-up with current and potential clients Assist in producing growth for the company with performance-driven advancement opportunities available for those who demonstrate leadership potential, and consistently contribute to company goals Support the full-service efforts of the Tom Wood Group dealerships Qualifications:
MUST HAVE Property and Casualty License 1-2 years of Insurance Sales experience preferred Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to work independently Valid driver's license with clean driving record Benefits:
