About the Job:
Registered Nurse RN - $5000 Sign-On Bonus. Caring Hearts Homecare is looking to hire Nurses RN for Full time/ Part time positions in: Boston, Dorchester, Hyde Park, Jamaica Plain, Mattapan, Roslindale, Roxbury, Roxbury Crossing, South Boston, South End, West Roxbury.
Qualifications of Staff Nurse include:
A current nursing license in Massachusetts RN.
Hands-on nursing experience as an RN.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Good computer skills.
Flexibility to travel to cases as assigned.
Responsibilities of Staff Nurse include:
Provide professional nursing care to clients in their homes.
Assess, evaluate, and teach clients regarding their disease processes and treatments.
Review, implement, and follow the plan of care and perform re-evaluations of the client's care needs.
Provide hands-on nursing care like administering medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
Collaborate with clients’ primary doctors, other providers, and caregivers in care delivery.
