Position: LPN - Full Time for 3-11 Shift or 11-7 Shift Sign-On Bonus: $1500 Your Role: As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will play a vital role in enhancing the well-being and comfort of our residents. Your responsibilities will include providing direct nursing care, administering medications, collaborating with healthcare teams, and overseeing the implementation of personalized care plans. Key Responsibilities: Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers. Monitor and document patient vital signs and medical information accurately. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement effective care plans. Provide wound care and other nursing interventions as required. Supervise and support Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) in delivering high-quality care. Ensure adherence to all regulatory standards and protocols for patient care.
