You are responsive to clients and able to address their needs over the phone and email. ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Prepare, review, file, and monitor various immigration matters of agriculture-based cases. Support and manage multiple immigration matters at one time. Resolve and troubleshoot complex legal issues. Draft complex case matters including audit responses, responses to requests for evidence, and appeals. Organize, plan and schedule cases on priority basis. Handle and follow cases from inception to completion within the stipulated time frame. Review and approve documents and filings with accuracy. Able to prioritize incoming matters and workload. Supervise and train incoming and current paralegals. Within first 60 days, have gained a full understanding of the process for working with clients professionally and responding quickly. EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE: Licensed to practice law in California OR the United States required 3+ years’ experience in employment-based immigration preferred, but not required Proven good standing in accredited law school Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-volume firm required Job Type:
