The promise of genetic medicine has arrived, and Sarepta is at the forefront. We hold leadership positions in Duchenne muscular dystrophy (DMD) and limb-girdle muscular dystrophies (LGMDs), and we currently have more than 40 programs in various stages of development in gene therapy, RNA and gene editing. In 2023, we launched our fourth therapy and the first ever gene therapy to treat Duchenne.

The Importance of the Role
Drug Product Operations at Sarepta is a critical link between the 24/7 manufacturing of RNA and Gene Therapies and fulfilling the demand of our patients. This role will be supporting all things gene therapy drug products including Vendor Management, GMP Manufacturing, data management, tracking and trending of process data, and cross-functional presentations of trend data.
The Opportunity to Make a Difference
- Support the tracking and trending of vendor material inventory critical to DP manufacturing
- Support the planning of manufacturing process changes
- Maintain dashboards presenting process status
- Database maintenance and analytics
More about You
- Currently attending a post-secondary program for a STEM degree
- A desire to work in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment and make a difference in the lives of patients
- Be self-motivated and organized
- Refined communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Experience with excel, tableau, and/or other data visualization software as well as previous Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) or Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) experience is preferred
- Hybrid role- onsite up to three times a week at the Burlington, MA office
Program Timeline:
This application is for a 12-week summer internship program that will start on May 19th and conclude on August 8th, 2025.

This position is hybrid, you will be expected to work on site at one of Sarepta's facilities in the United States and/or attend Company-sponsored in-person events from time to time.
The targeted salary range for this position is $21 - $25 per hour depending upon years of education completed and nature of role.
Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
