We are seeking a full-time Family CRNP for our office located in Schuylkill County, PA to provide the full range of out-patient comprehensive medical care to patients from pediatrics through senior citizens. Qualifications
Graduate from an accredited School for Nurse Practitioners. Certified as a Registered Family Nurse Practitioner Current PA License; and Current DEA License Knowledge of Electronic Health Records Ability to provide quality, comprehensive, continuity of medical care in a compassionate manner with minimum supervision.

Shenandoah Community Health Center. 624 West Centre Street Shenandoah, PA 17976
Monday: 8:00am-4:30pm
Tuesday: 10:00am-6:30pm
Wednesday: 8:00am-4:30pm
Thursday: 8:00am-4:30pm
Friday: 8:00am-4:30pm
