Note: (Hybrid - 3 Weekdays from the Office, 2 Weekdays from Home) Position Details: Position: Business Execution Consultant 1 (Legal Documentation Specialist) Industry: Banking/Financial Services Job duration: 6 months Location: Shoreview, MN 55126 Work Schedule: Monday - Friday (7 AM - 3:30 PM CST) Pay Range: $25/hr - $28/hr Roles and Responsibilities: Reviewing contracts-looking at terminology, and being sure the terms say what needs to be said to go to an online repository. Knowing the breadcrumbs of the contract requires analysis. A legal background is useful for understanding how contracts relate to each other and for overall analysis. Not seeking paralegals necessarily, but people who are used to contracts and document review. Docs can be 200+ pages. Trained on what to look for, but previous experience is nice. Analysis is most important; this is the analysis of the contract and how things fit together. Enthusiasm in examples and personal drive to succeed. Having ADA experience is nice to have, could be cross-trained here as well. Nice to Have Skills: A legal/JD background is required for this position. Document and contract review experience is preferred. Strong communication skills (verbal and non-verbal) are crucial.
