Providing quality LPN nursing care to residents with various medical needs Monitoring vital signs and tracking residents' physical and mental condition Completing resident intakes, documenting medical histories and concerns Assisting with medication administration, verification, and monitoring Maintaining accurate medical records and charts for residents Ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for all residents Managing inventory and storage of medical supplies Setting up and assisting with immunizations, IVs, and phlebotomy procedures Adhering to and following care plans and regulations Assisting in the training and orientation of new team members Qualifications and Skills:
Current Massachusetts state license to practice as a
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Completion of an approved LPN educational program High school diploma or GED equivalent Minimum of 6 months of experience as an LPN or in a related role Ability to lift at least 50 lbs Join a professionally rewarding work culture and a team recognized for quality by applying today.
