From microscope-assisted root canals to periodontal surgery and dental implant support, our teams in Windsor, Manchester, and Storrs deliver patient-first care in modern, beautifully appointed offices with 5-star Google ratings and a consistent reputation for comfort and excellence. We work closely with referring general dentists to coordinate treatment plans and help patients achieve relief, restore function, and regain confidence in their oral health. Your Responsibilities: Set up and prepare treatment rooms with appropriate instruments and materials Assist providers during endodontic and periodontic procedures Sterilize and maintain instruments, equipment, and work areas Ensure patient comfort throughout their visit Provide clear pre- and post-op instructions Document treatment in patient charts accurately and efficiently Manage inventory and anticipate supply needs Follow infection control protocols and maintain OSHA compliance Occasionally assist with front office support as needed Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent (required) Completion of a CODA-accredited Dental Assistant program (preferred) Current CT Dental Assistant license or DANB CDA, ICE, and RHS certifications (per CT requirements) CPR certification (required) Minimum of 2 years of dental assisting experience in a general or specialty practice (required) Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills Comfort working in a multi-specialty, multi-location team environment What Makes You a Great Fit?
