Job Requirements: * MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A BACKGROUND CHECK * Reports to work on-time. * Knows and abides by Timber Town Living policy and procedure. * Has a working knowledge of resident service plans. * Communicates professionally and effectively. * Demonstrates the social skills necessary to work as an effective team member. * Has no more than one unexcused absence per month. * Shows flexibility with work schedule. * Is directly responsible to the caregiver III assigned to the team. Completes all routine duties and duties assigned by the caregiver III of the team. * May not dispense medications, unless delegated or assigned to do so by the RN. * May not give information to outside agencies or agents without clearing the information with the administrator or caregiver III.
