As a Network Security Engineer in our Network Security Operations Center (NSOC), you will manage day-to-day Network Security capabilities, handle incident, change, and problem management activities, and seek opportunities to improve the NSOC’s processes. You will collaborate with stakeholders to optimize security capabilities, improve user experience, and enhance our security posture.

This role may require occasional off-hours on-call support . Key responsibilities include: Gather requirements, assess risks, and implement firewall changes to meet business demands. Triage connectivity issues and implement configuration changes as needed. Operate, maintain, and enhance Network Security capabilities. Engage with stakeholders to ensure services meet requirements. Cross-train with team members for professional development. Identify trends and execute remediation for recurring incidents. About you

A degree in Cyber Security or related field, or equivalent experience. 2+ years of hands-on experience with security technologies like Palo Alto and Cisco Fire Power. Experience with incident and change management in large enterprise environments. Support and optimize network security capabilities. Understanding of networking protocols, cloud infrastructure, routing, firewalls, IDS/IPS, encryption, load balancing, and network devices. Certifications such as Cisco CCIE Security, Checkpoint CCSE/CCSM, Palo Alto PCNSE, F5 201/401, Zscaler ZDTA/ZTCA are a plus. More Information
