We are seeking an experienced retail Store Manager to provide leadership in our store. The ideal candidate must be a seasoned Retail Manager with a strong focus on driving sales and delivering excellent customer service. Salary Range:
$70,000 - $73,000 Profile
Achieve goals through execution of productivity programs, team coaching, and outstanding client service. Ensure a consistent and respectable store experience for customers. Think strategically and operate efficiently according to company standards. Prioritize, plan, delegate, and adapt to business needs. Maximize inventory, cash control, and loss prevention techniques. Ensure proper staffing through recruitment and retention. Create a nourishing environment for team success. Develop and guide a large team of employees. Professional Requirements
3-5 years of retail Store Management experience, preferably in specialty retail. Passion for the SWATCH Brand culture. Excellent organizational, communication, and computer skills. Ability to lead an efficient, cohesive store. Team-oriented mindset. Benefits Program
