WCS Healthcare Partners is seeking a local contract nurse RN OR - Operating Room for a local contract nursing job in Bernards Township, New Jersey.Job Description & RequirementsSpecialty: OR - Operating RoomDiscipline: RNDuration: 13 weeks40 hours per weekShift: 8 hours, daysEmployment Type: Local ContractWCS Healthcare is currently seeking an Operating Room Nurse for a contract assignment at a Surgery Center in Bernards Township, NJ.
Job Function: Day Shift 7am - 3:30pm Record all care information accurately and timely in the facility’s EMR.
Prepare operating room for procedures and assist in breaking down the room afterward.
Assist in patient positioning and ensure comfort and safety during procedures.
Ensure accurate care and handling of specimens.
Enforce strict aseptic standards and initiate corrective actions when needed.
Job Requirements: Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing or hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN).
Current RN license for the state of practice.
2 years of experience as an Operating Room Registered Nurse.
BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association.
