Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Spine Surgeon to join our growing team in Tupelo, MS. The ideal candidate must be board-eligible or board-certified in Orthopedic Surgery with fellowship training in Spine. This position provides a unique opportunity to work in a collaborative healthcare environment ensuring a balanced workload and rewarding experience.

Job Responsibilities
- Diagnose and manage a wide range of spine disorders.
- Perform surgical interventions with precision and patient-centered care.
- Provide follow-up care and rehabilitation oversight.
- Participate in 1:5 call coverage, with the advantage of only covering referred patients — no responsibility for unreferred cases.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
Qualifications
- BE/BC in Orthopedic Surgery with spine specialization.
- Eligible for or holding a valid Mississippi medical license.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for providing excellent patient care.
