We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and dedicated Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to join our team at a reputable Level II Trauma Center in Tyler, Texas. In this critical role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality respiratory care to patients in emergency, critical, and trauma care settings. You will work alongside a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and contribute to our mission of delivering outstanding healthcare.
Must have minimum 1 year experience and RRT

Pay package:
Base salary: $49,000+/$75,000+ per year
Night shift differential: $3.50/h
Weekend differential: $2.50/h
Sign on Bonus: $10,000
Responsibilities: Assess and monitor patients with respiratory illnesses and conditions in the trauma and critical care environments. Administer and manage therapeutic treatments and interventions, including mechanical ventilation, oxygen therapy, and airway management. Perform diagnostic procedures, including pulmonary function tests and arterial blood gas analysis. Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to develop patient care plans. Provide education and support to patients and families regarding respiratory care needs and treatments. Respond promptly to code situations and provide emergency respiratory support. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of respiratory care procedures and patient progress. Stay updated on the latest trends and advances in respiratory therapy practices.
Qualifications: Valid Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification Current Texas state licensure Minimum of 1 year of experience as an RRT, BLS, ACLS.
