We are a small but busy matrimonial and family law practice providing results-driven service to our clients. We're looking for an experienced paralegal to join our team and support our litigation and mediation practices. What You'll Do: * Draft, format, and file pleadings, motions, agreements, and orders in matrimonial and family court matters. * Manage case files, deadlines, and court calendars. * Organize and prepare discovery materials. * Communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel in a professional and timely manner. * Provide general administrative and litigation support. * Occasionally answer phone calls from current and prospective clients. What We're Looking For: * 2+ years of matrimonial and/or family law experience in New York. * Strong knowledge of court procedures and e-filing in Supreme and Family Court. * Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. * Proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong writing skills. * Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, small-office environment. * Professional demeanor and strong communication skills.
