Sunny Street Cafe, a beloved breakfast and lunch cafe with locations in Willow Park and Weatherford, is seeking a talented General Manager to oversee the operations of our bustling Weatherford location. As a General Manager, you will have the opportunity to lead a dedicated team, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and contribute to the success of our brand.
Overview:
- Prefer individuals with at least 2 years as a General Manager or Assistant General Manager at a Full Service restaurant.
- You are required to work, at a minimum, 40 hours a week (typically working 5 days from 7am to 3 pm)
- Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays are required work days
- Responsible for the staffing, training, and evaluation of employees
- Create a weekly schedule that ensures efficient operations
- Manage ordering and inventory to maintain stock availability
- Implement and maintain menu items and quality standards
- Ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and safety protocols are followed
- Provide guidance and support to employees
- Competitive salary of up to $65,000/year
- 10 days of PTO available after 180 days
