We are seeking an Online Sales Concierge to convert internet leads into onsite traffic and sales.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage all incoming internet leads from the company website and outsourced sources.
- Provide a positive experience to potential customers online, via live chat, or by phone.
- Convert qualified leads into appointments with onsite Sales Representatives.
- Update and maintain customer information in our database.
- Qualify leads to identify genuine sales opportunities.
- Produce monthly sales and marketing reports, including Intertrack, Sales Performance Analysis, and Cost Efficiency Analysis.
- Analyze website traffic, hits, sources, etc., on a monthly basis.
- Maintain current knowledge of communities, products, plans, and amenities.
- Develop new customer opportunities through prospecting and nurturing existing leads via phone, email, and mail.
- Coordinate mass mailing campaigns to prospective clients.
- Conduct business professionally and ethically to serve customers and enhance company goodwill and profit.
- Ability to work overtime as needed.
Qualifications
Education and/or Experience
- High school diploma or GED; 1-3 years of related experience or training.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Teamwork skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Ability to understand and follow instructions in written or oral form, including using DRH applications.
- Proficiency with MS Office and email.
- Physical ability to sit for most of an 8-hour workday, handle or feel objects with hands, reach with arms, and communicate effectively.
- Moderate noise level in the work environment.
