Duration: 6-12 months
Type: Contract/Temporary
Pay: $40-49/hr.

Job Summary:
Our client, a large non-profit, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruiter to join its team on a temporary basis. This is a fully remote position! Candidates must reside in Central, NY or Northern, NY in order to have a good grasp on the region and its market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers.
  • Sourcing Candidates: Utilize internal database to identify candidates.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define the ideal candidate profiles.
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule and facilitate interviews between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring smooth communication and feedback loops.
  • Candidate Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of candidates’ skills, qualifications, and cultural fit through structured interviews.
  • Offer Management: Manage offer negotiations and facilitate the hiring process, including background checks and paperwork.
  • Reporting & Tracking: Maintain accurate documentation in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and provide regular updates to the HR and leadership team on recruitment progress.
  • Employer Branding: Actively promote the company’s values, mission, and employer brand to attract and retain high-quality candidates.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2-5 years of recruitment experience.
  • Proven track record in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruiting software.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to work with hiring managers and ask questions to determine the best fit.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
