Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 per year

We are on the lookout for a dedicated, compassionate, and highly skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to provide comprehensive care in the Emergency Room (ER), Operating Room (OR), and Labor & Delivery (LD) departments. As an RN, you will be at the forefront of patient care, working in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment where every decision counts. Responsibilities:

1. Provide high-quality patient care in the ER, OR, and LD departments, adhering to the highest standards of nursing practice.
2. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals.
3. Monitor patients' conditions and respond quickly to changes, taking immediate action when necessary.
4. Provide emotional support to patients and their families, educating them about their conditions and advising them on post-hospital care.
5. Administer medications, manage intravenous lines, observe and monitor patients' conditions, maintain records, and communicate with doctors.
6. Ensure that all medical equipment is properly maintained and functioning.
7. Participate in professional development activities to maintain current knowledge in nursing and healthcare trends and advancements.
8. Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures, maintaining patient confidentiality and ensuring patient rights are upheld.
9. Participate in quality improvement activities to improve patient outcomes and enhance the efficiency of nursing services.

Qualifications:

1. Must hold a valid and current Registered Nurse license.
2. Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in the ER, OR, or LD departments.
3. Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
4. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
5. Proficiency in all aspects of OR nursing, including pre-operative preparation, intra-operative techniques, and post-operative care.
6. Excellent critical thinking skills, decision-making abilities, and strong attention to detail.
7. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a patient-centered approach to care.
8. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
9. Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
10. Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuous learning.
