Job Details:

We are an industry-leading finance company seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Supply Chain Manager to join our team. As the Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of our company's supply chain and logistics strategy and operations, ensuring maximum efficiency and effectiveness of all related processes. The successful candidate will have a strong background in fulfillment and inventory cost management, with the ability to design and implement strategies that align with our company's financial goals.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage the supply chain strategy in line with the company's vision and objectives.
• Lead and manage end-to-end supply chain processes including procurement, inventory management, logistics, and fulfillment.
• Identify and manage risk within the supply chain, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards.
• Develop and implement inventory optimization strategies to minimize costs and maximize efficiency.
• Collaborate with other departments, including finance and sales, to forecast demand, plan inventory, and ensure product availability.
• Analyze and interpret supply chain data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors, negotiating contracts to ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Implement new technologies and automation processes to enhance supply chain processes.
• Develop and manage budgets in relation to the supply chain, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
• Provide leadership to the supply chain team, promoting a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or related field. A Master’s degree will be considered an asset.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in supply chain management, with specific experience in fulfillment and inventory cost management.
• Proven experience in managing end-to-end supply chain processes in the finance industry.
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes and their financial impact, with the ability to implement strategies that align with company goals.
• Exceptional negotiation skills with the ability to establish strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex supply chain data.
• Strong leadership skills, with proven experience in managing and developing a high-performing team.
• Proficiency in supply chain management software and other related technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with other departments.
• Strong attention to detail and high level of organization.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) or Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) would be advantageous.
