We are currently on the hunt for a passionate and skilled Permanent Junior Mechanical Engineer to join our dynamic team in the Manufacturing industry. The successful candidate will be a vital piece of our operations, applying their skills in solidworks and AutoCAD to design, develop, and optimize our manufacturing processes. Responsibilities:

1. Utilize solidworks and AutoCAD to design, modify, and optimize manufacturing processes and equipment.

3. Conduct analyses and simulations to predict and improve system performance, providing recommendations for improvements.
4. Lead and participate in the development and implementation of new manufacturing methods and processes.

6. Ensure all manufacturing safety regulatory policies and procedures are implemented and maintained.

Qualifications:

1. A Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 1 years' experience in a similar role in the manufacturing industry.
3. Proficiency in solidworks, AutoCAD, and other relevant software.
4. Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, manufacturing processes, and industrial engineering principles.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team.
7. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
8. Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and precision.
9. A proactive and self-motivated approach, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
