We are currently on the hunt for a passionate and skilled Permanent Junior Mechanical Engineer to join our dynamic team in the Manufacturing industry. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional looking to make a significant impact in a rapidly growing company. The successful candidate will be a vital piece of our operations, applying their skills in solidworks and AutoCAD to design, develop, and optimize our manufacturing processes. Responsibilities:

  1. Utilize solidworks and AutoCAD to design, modify, and optimize manufacturing processes and equipment.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve manufacturing issues, ensuring the highest level of product quality and efficiency.
  3. Conduct analyses and simulations to predict and improve system performance, providing recommendations for improvements.
  4. Lead and participate in the development and implementation of new manufacturing methods and processes.
  5. Oversee the installation, operation, and maintenance of mechanical systems and equipment.
  6. Ensure all manufacturing safety regulatory policies and procedures are implemented and maintained.
  7. Provide technical support and training to the manufacturing team, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
  8. Participate in product development projects, contributing mechanical engineering expertise to the design and development process.
  9. Stay current with industry trends and advancements, applying this knowledge to the job.

Qualifications:

  1. A Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  2. A minimum of 1 years' experience in a similar role in the manufacturing industry.
  3. Proficiency in solidworks, AutoCAD, and other relevant software.
  4. Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, manufacturing processes, and industrial engineering principles.
  5. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.
  6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team.
  7. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
  8. Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and precision.
  9. A proactive and self-motivated approach, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
