Job Details

As a Quality Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our products meet industry standards and customer specifications. You will be responsible for conducting inspections, performing tests, and documenting quality data to support our manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and a passion for quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform inspections and tests on raw materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.

Document and report quality issues, non-conformances, and corrective actions in a timely manner.

Collaborate with production teams to identify quality improvement opportunities and implement solutions.

Assist in the development and maintenance of quality control procedures and guidelines.

Conduct routine audits and assessments to ensure adherence to quality management systems (e.g., ISO).

Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in quality performance.

Provide training and support to team members on quality assurance processes and best practices.

Assist in the preparation of quality reports and presentations for management.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in a related field preferred.

2+ years of experience in quality control or quality assurance, preferably in the manufacturing or plastics/fiberglass industry.

Knowledge of quality standards (e.g., ISO 9001) and quality assurance methodologies.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Proficient in using inspection tools and equipment (e.g., calipers, gauges, micrometers).

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to analyze data effectively.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
