- Lead and implement ISO-compliant quality control procedures across all operations.
- Analyze and resolve chronic quality issues, reducing yield loss and product rejections.
- Oversee the evaluation and specification of raw materials and ensure supplier compliance.
- Drive plant-wide quality improvement activities and ensure all finished products meet stringent customer requirements.
- Act as the technical liaison for customers, assisting with product development and resolving any quality-related concerns.
- Manage and train the quality assurance team to support production and maintain high standards.
- Oversee customer complaint resolution, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry (or related field).
- 5 years of relevant experience, with 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System.
