Position Overview:The Digital Marketing Coordinator is responsible for all agency digital marketing and communications. This position is mission critical in building a strong voice for Resource Center in the DFW area.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:Manage agency email platform by building out templates, maintenance and hygiene of lists, and spam filteringManage SEO and SEM campaignsWebsite maintenance and updates: page builds, update and post content based on SEO, and link redirectsManage Google Grants and maintain relationship with Google Account RepRespond to Google reviews and update marketing department with improvements to be made in response to reviewsCreate and manage Social Media strategy to grow engagement and followers based on analytics and dataManage Google analytics, tracking, and reportingUTM and QR code creation for trackingTrack proof of performance (POP) for social, email and other digital productsMarketing lead in agency CRM platformSMS managementMarketing liaison with the Information Technology departmentWork alongside Marketing and IT staff to optimize project management toolsResearch and suggest competitive digital products by identifying and evaluating product characteristics, distribution, pricing, and advertising and promotional opportunitiesWork with vendors, contractors and relevant staff to move digital requests forwardHelp maintain departmental digital budgetUpdate job knowledge by participating in professional development opportunitiesAccomplish organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different digital requests

Job Requirements & Qualifications:Requires strong understanding of HTML and CSSCRM experience (Bonterra a plus)CMS platform experience (Wordpress is a plus)Must have excellent writing, grammar, and punctuation skillsExperience with all social media channels and strategiesExperience with MailChimp or other email serviceMust be able to understand and dissect analytics related to email and social mediaAdhere to brand standards, including agency voiceCreative, proactive, and forward-thinking mindsetExperience with Trello, Monday, Asana, and/or other project management tools
