Job Type : Full timeLocation : Herndon, 2 days on-siteJob DescriptionMaintain, update, and optimize the company website to ensure an optimal user experience and high performance.Support the Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM) strategies to improve online visibility and traffic.Assist in creating, curating, and managing digital content across all platforms.Help develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.Use digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), providing insights and recommendations for improvement.Revise and execute comprehensive marketing communications strategies leveraging email channels to achieve business goals.Manage the marketing communications calendar, schedule and deploy campaigns.A/B testing and dissect campaign performance metrics (including open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates) to iterate and optimize campaigns for maximum impact.RequirementsBachelors degree in marketing or related field1-2 years of experience in digital marketing or a related role.Email marketing platforms: Mailchimp, HubSpot, SendGrid) and marketing automation tools.Basic project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Understanding of AI applications in digital marketing.Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting.Familiarity with HTML/CSS for basic email template customization is advantageous.
