Sr. Sales Manager - Oil & Gas

Key Accountabilities:Identify and manage new business opportunities within the Oil & Gas market for Rolls-Royce Solutions America products and services and follow through from lead to sale.Provide sales strategy and project management leadership for assigned market and customer accounts.Establish and complete achievable but challenging short-, medium- and long-term goals designed to promote and increase Rolls-Royce Solutions America's market penetration in the assigned area of responsibility.Manages assigned area and account responsibilities from a total support perspective and establish and/or enhance customer relationships at the highest management level.Tracks and reports trends, business conditions and account status, which will affect future sales.Resolves customer concerns and complaints in a timely manner that will create goodwill and future sales.Develops and maintains close working relationship with OEM dealer personnel for the purpose of maintaining and increasing penetration of sales.Provide accurate and timely input for monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting.Prepares and presents professional sales presentations.Attend trade shows and events and reports activities.Maintains knowledge of MTU products, applications, and policies.Promote a compliance culture in area of responsibility and live the letter and the spirit of the Rolls-Royce Code of Conduct.Perform special projects as required.Basic Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering and 5 years of experience in sales & service management in the Oil & Gas industry, or 9 years of experience in sales & service management in the Oil & Gas industry.Excellent knowledge of the general upstream, downstream Oil and Gas marketProven established relationship with major players in the Oil and Gas community.Excellent self-starter with the ability to work extended periods without supervision.Excellent ability to make independent decisions.Excellent oral, presentation and written communication skillsExcellent interpersonal skillsExcellent negotiation skillsStrong level of analytical abilityStrong technical knowledge of diesel enginesStrong leadership skills, especially in addressing issues that cross internal departments.Proficient with PC and MS Office SuiteProficient in EnglishAbility to travel domestic & international 60% of the time.Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of MTU products or comparable diesel products and their applicationsSpanish language skills
