ProMedica Physicians Tecumseh Family Practice has been serving the community for over 30 years! Tecumseh, MI is conveniently located within 25 minutes of Ann Arbor, 30 minutes of Jackson, 15 minutes of Dundee and only 30 minutes from Toledo, Ohio. The current practice has 1 Physician and 2 APPsAll Outpatient, no OBClinic hours: Monday-Friday, 7:30am-5:30pmCall is 1:4Work with a dedicated and cohesive team of professionals focused on providing quality patient care and high work ethicsElectronic medical records, EPIC Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive primary medical care to patients of all ages, including physical examinations, diagnosing, and treating acute and chronic illnesses, and prescribing medications.Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient history, symptoms, and medical records. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and quality patient care. Educate patients about preventative care, healthy lifestyle choices, and disease management. Maintain accurate and up-to date patient records using electronic health records systems.Stay informed about the latest medical advancements, research, and the best primary care. Participate in ongoing professional development activities, including networking, councils, and boards.
