UTA seeks an Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to senior leadership from VP to C-Suite. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives, with the ability to manage complex priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This individual must possess exceptional organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and the capability to anticipate the needs of leadership while handling multiple projects.This is a full-time position with benefits and will pay $32.00 to $37.00 per hour.What You Will DoProvide administrative support to senior Technology leadership, including complex calendar management and meeting coordination across global time zones.Organize and manage detailed travel arrangements, including international and multi-leg itineraries.Prepare and manage presentation decks and other communication materials, ensuring that materials are polished, accurate, and aligned with leadership’s goals.Coordinate logistics, preparation, special projects, and follow-ups for departmental meetings and team progress tracking.Manage expenses, invoices, and payments for leadership.Serve as a point of contact for internal teams, external partners, and clients, maintaining professional relationships and communications.Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information and act with the highest level of discretion.Anticipate the needs of senior leadership, providing proactive solutions to optimize their workflow.Handle any additional duties as assigned to support the executive team.What You Will NeedBachelor’s degree strongly preferred.5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leadership (C-suite and SVP levels).Experience working within the technology industry or with technology-focused leaders preferred.Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple tasks with competing deadlines, while maintaining a high level of accuracy.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and the ability to adapt to new technologies quickly.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a sharp attention to detail.Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate leadership needs.Interest in and comfort with technology, with the capability to support tech-savvy executives.Strong organizational skills, critical thinking, and the ability to work independently with minimal guidance.What You Will GetThe unique and exciting opportunity to work at one of the leading global entertainment companies.Access to the tools, leadership, and resources you will need to create and drive a center of excellence.The opportunity to do the best work of your career.Work in an inclusive and diverse company culture.Competitive benefits and programs to support your well-being.Experience working in a collaborative environment with room to grow.About UTAUTA unites ideas, opportunities and talent.
