Job Overview - Corporate Controller:Our client is seeking a Corporate Controller in Boston, MA, to lead all financial operations, including accounting, tax, and risk management. This full-time role encompasses everything from month-end close and cash/treasury management to overseeing annual audits and ensuring comprehensive financial oversight.Compensation:
$150,000 - $175,000/year + bonusLocation:

Monday to FridayResponsibilities as the Corporate Controller:
Financial Reporting:
Manage financial statement reporting, including detailed P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow reviews.Month-End Close:
Oversee all month-end activities, ensuring accurate reporting and analysis.Account Management:
Handle cash/treasury, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and fixed assets.Risk & Compliance:
Lead insurance/risk management efforts, external audits, tax coordination, and banking/lending relationships.Budgeting & Collaboration:
Partner with FP&A, Operations, IT, and other teams to streamline processes and support annual budgets.Qualifications for the Corporate Controller:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting required (CPA preferred but not required).Experience:
7+ years in Corporate Accounting (Retail/Restaurant preferred) or Public Accounting (Big 4), with 3+ years as a Controller.Technical Proficiency:
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and US GAAP (R365 or similar ERP systems preferred).Skills:
Detail-oriented, with excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.Application Notice:
