Job Summary:

Conservice is hiring for a Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) that will play a pivotal role in aligning human resource strategies with the organization's business objectives. This position requires a strong strategic partnership with business leaders to drive talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development initiatives. The HRBP will support newly acquired businesses, managing integration planning, handbook policy revisions, and the deployment of HR Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership, analytical, and change management skills, fostering a high-performance culture while ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Partnership with Business Leaders:

Collaborate with business leaders to align HR strategies with the company's objectives.

Provide proactive HR solutions to support organizational growth and business needs.

Talent Management:

Drive recruitment, development, succession planning, and retention strategies.

Partner with leadership to identify key talent gaps and implement solutions.

Employee Relations:

Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture by addressing employee concerns.

Facilitate conflict resolution and act as a trusted advisor to management and staff.

Performance Management:

Implement performance appraisal systems and feedback mechanisms to ensure accountability.

Promote consistency in performance evaluations and drive improvements in employee performance.

Change Management:

Support organizational changes and transitions, ensuring smooth implementation of new initiatives.

Lead integration efforts for newly acquired businesses, including HR system adoption and cultural alignment.

Training and Development:

Identify training needs and facilitate learning opportunities to upskill employees.

Support leadership development programs to enhance managerial capabilities.

Data Analytics:

Utilize HR metrics and analytics to inform decision-making processes and measure the impact of HR initiatives.

Compliance and Policy Management:

Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations.

Develop and revise employee handbooks and HR policies for newly acquired businesses.

Deploy and manage HR SOPs to standardize processes across all business units.

Requirements:Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) preferred.

5+ years of experience in a strategic HR role, preferably in a corporate environment.

Proven experience in talent management, employee relations, and performance management.

Strong understanding of labor laws, compliance, and policy development.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and change management skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Proficiency in HRIS and data analytics tools to drive informed decision-making.

Preferred Experience:

Experience in supporting M&A activities, including integration planning and HR SOP deployment.

Familiarity with developing and revising handbooks and policies for diverse business units.
