Your tasks will include conducting research on available properties, discussing clients' requirements and budgets to identify suitable options, preparing marketing materials and listing agreements, and negotiating the most favorable deal for clients. Furthermore, you will be expected to deliver exceptional customer service throughout the entire process.We are searching for a professional with a comprehensive understanding of the Eastern NC real estate market. To excel in this role, you must possess strong negotiation skills, a deep knowledge of real estate industry regulations, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. Ensuring the satisfaction of every client will require delivering superior customer service throughout the duration of their journey.Responsibilities

Consult with new clients in order to discover their needs and desires, and then fill themAct as an intermediary between your client and potential buyers/sellers from beginning to endHelp clients choose mortgage companies that best meet their needsParticipate in open houses, networking activities, and MLS to enhance your salesPresent purchase offers to sellers, and write purchase offers for buyersMentoring to help new agents thoroughly understand how to take clients from an offer to the closing tableConsistently network and market to prospect for new customersQualifications

Must have an active
