dyne-tx.com .Role Summary:The Talent Acquisition Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting Dyne’s recruitment processes by managing administrative tasks, coordinating interviews, maintaining candidate databases, and facilitating communication between candidates and hiring teams. This position is essential for ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring process, enhancing the candidate experience, and supporting the overall talent acquisition strategy of the organization to attract and retain high-performing talent.This role is based in Waltham, MA without the possibility of being a remote role.

Primary Responsibilities Include:Act as primary point of contact for candidates, providing timely and professional communication throughout the recruitment processHelp to manage the overall candidate and hiring manager experience, including scheduling interviews with candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless experience for all parties involvedPrepare and distribute interview materials and candidate profiles to interviewersMaintain and update Greenhouse, our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate informationPost job and manage job openings in GreenhouseAssist hiring manager in screening resumes to identify qualified candidates based on job requirementsAssist in developing and implementing talent acquisition tools and strategies to meet the organization’s hiring needsSupport the onboarding process for new hires including scheduling introductory meetings and preparing onboarding materials as neededGenerate recruitment reports and metrics to track progress and effectiveness of recruiting effortsMonitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to talent acquisition and provide insights for continuous improvementCollaborate with HR team members and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategiesFoster positive relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners, such as recruitment agenciesEnsure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment processStay current on recruitment trends and best practices to enhance the organization’s talent acquisition effortsEducation and Skills Requirements:Minimum 2 years of experience and a degree in Human Resources or a related field; or equivalent experience in talent acquisitionExperience with Applicant Tracking Systems; Greenhouse strongly preferredExperience with HR Information Systems; ADP Workforce Now (WFN) strongly preferredExceptional Microsoft Outlook calendar management skillsExperience using LinkedIn Recruiter preferredSkilled at balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced work environmentKnowledge of basic employment law and ethics of recruitmentExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsAdaptable and open to learning new systems and processesDyne Therapeutics is an equal opportunity employer and will not discriminate against any employee or applicant on the basis of age, color, disability, gender, national origin, race, religion, sexual orientation, veteran status, or any classification protected by federal, state, or local law.
