The role will provide game-changing thought partnership and enable business results by providing programs and solutions that unleash greatness in our associates. This individual must be comfortable working in a matrix environment to lead initiatives and broaden experience, while being agile in deepening business knowledge in vertical functions.Roles and ResponsibilitiesResponsible for providing strategic consulting and workforce planning to client groups within eHR and delivering an HR strategy that is aligned with the business needs and broader eHR organization.Support the planning and delivery of core HR processes ranging from performance & talent management, leadership development, to change management and organizational design (including spans and layers work).Support senior leaders on key areas such as building an inclusive and diverse team, creating a culture of belonging, and acting as a sounding board for all associates to encourage cross-pollination, collaboration, and high performance.Basic QualificationsBachelor’s degree or military experience.At least 6 years of client-facing experience OR at least 6 years of consulting experience OR a combination.At least 4 years of experience in Human Resources.Preferred QualificationsMBA or Master's degree.Professional Human Resources Certification or Senior Professional Human Resources certification or coaching certification.8+ years of client-facing experience or 8+ years of consulting experience or a combination.5+ years of experience in Human Resources or Human Capital Consulting.At this time, Capital One will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position.Capital One offers a comprehensive, competitive, and inclusive set of health, financial, and other benefits that support your total well-being.
