Coordinate and manage schedules, appointments, and meetings for team members. Handle travel arrangements and logistics as necessary.Document Management:
Prepare, file, and manage important documents, reports, and records, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.Meeting Support:
Prepare agendas, take minutes, and distribute materials for meetings as needed.Customer/Client Assistance:
Greet visitors, handle inquiries, and provide excellent customer service to clients and vendors.Support to Team Members:
Provide general administrative support to team members and assist in special projects as assigned.Qualifications:Education:
High school diploma or equivalent requiredTechnical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Experience with office management software is a plus.Communication Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Organizational Skills:
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask.
