We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Events Assistant to join our dynamic team. This is a unique opportunity for individuals looking to kickstart their career in event management and gain valuable hands-on experience. As an Entry Level Events Assistant, you will work closely with the event management team to coordinate various aspects of events from conception to execution. Your role will involve assisting in planning logistics, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring that events run smoothly and successfully.
Salary Range: $22.50 - $32.00 per hour

Responsibilities:Assist in the planning and execution of events and activitiesCoordinate logistics, including venue setup and breakdownMaintain communication with vendors to ensure timely deliverySupport the event management team in managing budgets and timelinesHelp in creating marketing materials and event programsSet up registration desks and assist attendees during eventsConduct post-event evaluations to identify improvements for future eventsRequirementsBachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field preferredStrong organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a team environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required by eventsA passion for events and a desire to learn about the industryBonus Points:
