Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in the planning and execution of various events.Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, catering, and transportation.Support the events team in managing timelines and budgets.Communicate with vendors and suppliers to ensure service delivery.Help create event promotional materials and manage social media outreach.Assist in on-site event management and coordination.Gather feedback from participants to improve future events.Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field preferred.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic graphic design software.Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.Benefits
