Speak and write SPANISH. As a Paralegal, you will play a crucial role in supporting our attorneys in all aspects of family law. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong legal knowledge and exceptional organizational skills to contribute to our successful practice.ResponsibilitiesConduct legal research and gather relevant information for casesAssist attorneys in preparing legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, and discovery requestsDraft correspondence and communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnelOrganize and maintain case files, including indexing and filing documentsSchedule appointments, depositions, hearings, and trialsPrepare trial notebooks and exhibits for court proceedingsAssist with trial preparation, including witness coordination and document managementManage deadlines and ensure timely completion of tasksMaintain confidentiality of client informationQualificationsMINIMUM 2 YEARS FAMILY LAW EXPERIENCEProficient in legal research and drafting legal documentsStrong knowledge of family law and legal proceduresExcellent organizational skills with attention to detailAbility to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlinesStrong communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to work independently as well as collaboratively with a teamStrong problem-solving skills and ability to think criticallyProject management skills to effectively handle multiple cases simultaneouslyProficient in clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and document managementIf you are a dedicated professional looking for a challenging role as a paralegal, we encourage you to apply.Join our team and make a difference in the lives of our clients.Compensation$15 - $25 hourlyAbout Sintia Solis Law Firm PLLCSintia Solis Law Firm is a client-focused legal practice specializing in immigration, personal injury, criminal defense, and family law.
