Salary: $90,000 - $140,000 per year

We're a top ranked NYC Real Estate Law Firm, established over 25 years ago and rapidly growing! Looking to hire some experienced Residential Real Estate Transactional Attorneys who can hit the ground running coordinating and closing cooperative, condominium, and house transactions.

Job Details:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Real Estate Closing Attorney to join our dynamic team. You will be involved in all aspects of the closing process, from drafting and reviewing contracts to negotiating terms and ensuring compliance with all legal requirements.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Must be a licensed attorney in good standing.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a real estate attorney, with a focus on transactional work and residential real estate.
• In-depth knowledge of real estate law and the closing process.
• Strong negotiation and contract drafting skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and other parties.
• Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
