Our esteemed legal firm is seeking a dynamic and experienced Real Estate Attorney to join our team on a permanent basis. This position offers an exceptional opportunity to be part of a leading firm, working directly with a team of highly skilled professionals in Real Estate Law. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling Commercial/Residential Real Estate matters including experience complex property acquisitions/dispositions, joint ventures, development deals, and financing transactions. Affordable Housing experience is a plus.
- Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- A minimum of 5 years experience as a Commercial/Transactional Real Estate Attorney.
- Admission to the State Bar.
- Proven experience in real estate law, including residential and commercial real estate.
- Extensive knowledge of development deals and financing transactions.
- Portable Book is Big Plus (not required)
