Salary: $100,000 - $150,000 per year

The firm handles a diverse range of legal issues across various industries.

1. Represent clients in court or before government agencies, presenting evidence to defend clients or prosecute defendants in personal injury cases.
2. Provide legal advice to clients and represent them in negotiations with insurance companies for settlements.
3. Conduct legal research and gather evidence for the initiation and defense of lawsuits.
4. Interpret laws, rulings, and regulations for individuals and businesses, advising clients on their legal rights and obligations.
5. Prepare and draft legal documents, such as wills, deeds, patent applications, mortgages, leases, and contracts.
6. Evaluate findings and develop strategies and arguments in preparation for presentation of cases.
7. Counsel clients on their legal rights, explaining the practical implications of legal actions.
8. Examine legal data to determine advisability of defending or prosecuting a lawsuit.
9. Analyze probable outcomes of cases, using knowledge of legal precedents.

Qualifications:

1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. Current license to practice law in the state.
3. Minimum of 3 years of experience in personal injury law, with a focus on auto liability cases.
4. Proven track record of successful negotiations and litigation.
5. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and negotiate effectively on their behalf.
6. Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret laws, rulings, and regulations, and apply them to individual cases.
7. Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
8. Ability to handle a high caseload and work under pressure.
9. Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
10. High ethical standards and professional integrity.
