- Counsel clients on their legal rights, explaining the practical implications of legal actions.
- Examine legal data to determine advisability of defending or prosecuting a lawsuit.
- Analyze probable outcomes of cases, using knowledge of legal precedents.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Current license to practice law in the state.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in personal injury law, with a focus on auto liability cases.
- Proven track record of successful negotiations and litigation.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and negotiate effectively on their behalf.
- Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret laws, rulings, and regulations, and apply them to individual cases.
- Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
- Ability to handle a high caseload and work under pressure.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
