Job Details

Qualifications:

  1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  2. Current license to practice law in the state.
  3. Minimum of 3 years of experience in personal injury law, with a focus on auto liability cases.
  4. Proven track record of successful negotiations and litigation.
  5. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and negotiate effectively on their behalf.
  6. Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret laws, rulings, and regulations, and apply them to individual cases.
  7. Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
  8. Ability to handle a high caseload and work under pressure.
  9. Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  10. High ethical standards and professional integrity.
