This is a position that offers an exciting opportunity to handle a diverse portfolio of personal injury cases. The successful candidate will have substantial experience in mediation, depositions, legal compliance, legal case evaluation, and case management. This role requires a minimum of 5+ years of experience in personal injury law.

As a Personal Injury Attorney, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Representing clients in court or before government agencies.
- Presenting evidence to defend clients or prosecute defendants in personal injury cases.
- Conducting research and analysis of legal problems to interpret laws, rulings, and regulations for individuals and businesses.
- Analyzing probable outcomes of cases, using knowledge of legal precedents.
- Evaluating findings and developing strategies and arguments in preparation for presentation of cases.
- Directing and coordinating law office activity, including delivery of subpoenas.
- Gathering evidence to formulate defense or to initiate legal actions, by such means as interviewing clients and witnesses to ascertain the facts of a case.
- Managing all phases of personal injury litigation including discovery, plaintiff/defendant depositions, witness preparation, and trial.
- Negotiating settlements for legal disputes.
- Complying with all legal standards and regulations.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the state bar.
- A minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Personal Injury Attorney.
- Proven experience in mediation, depositions, legal compliance, legal case evaluation, and case management.
- Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to interpret laws, rulings, and regulations.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency in legal research software and case management systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and uphold ethics.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proven track record of representing clients with professionalism, integrity, and dedication.
