Technical Lead

Insight Global is looking for a Technical Lead for a client in the Des Moines, IA area. This person will report directly to the Director of HCM Cloud and oversee a team of 5 engineers who needs additional help leading the team from a more technical aspect. The role includes the following:
Lead and advise on the strategic planning and roadmap development for reporting and integration platforms, as well as other back-end processes, aligning with business objectives and priorities.
Utilizing extensive system experience, oversee the technical configuration, customization, and integration of LCS business systems to meet complex business requirements and enhance system functionality.
Serve as the subject matter expert for system integrations, create, configure, maintain, and monitor files. Troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise.
Provide technical guidance and support to cross-functional teams and stakeholders on system capabilities, best practices, and industry trends.
Partner with System Owners to help lead the implementation of system upgrades, patches, and enhancements, including planning, testing, and deployment activities, to ensure the stability and reliability of the platform.
Work with IT functional leads and business partners to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical solutions that optimize processes and workflows.
Manage and coordinate project activities, including planning, execution, and stakeholder communication, for projects impacting the user base and aligning with strategic initiatives.
Mentor and coach junior members of the IT team, providing guidance, support, and knowledge sharing opportunities to foster their professional growth and development.
The annual compensation range for this position is $108,000 - $138,000.
