Functioning as a skilled problem-solver, the EAP addresses complex calendaring, manages travel schedules, prepares executive(s) for meetings and events, and serves as a trusted confidant. This role will also work with the broader Workplace Experience/People team to enhance in-office operations and assist with various events and projects. Anticipating needs using sound business acumen and a tailored approach is a critical component of this position. Some personal calendar management, as well as other miscellaneous requests, are to be expected. This is a full-time, in-office position at our Santa Monica office.Key Focuses:Precise execution of administrative activities with high attention to detail, organization, and processServe as a trusted partner, liaison, and ambassador of the Executive(s)Anticipate needs and provide high-level, tailored support; prioritize inquiries and requests with little to no guidanceSchedule appointments, manage complex calendars, troubleshoot conflicts independently; comfortable making recommendations to ensure smooth day-to-day engagementsAssist with in-office needs including catering, front desk coverage, guest reception, etc. as neededPartner cross-functionally on meeting coordination, events, and other special projectsMinimum Qualifications:4+ years of full-time C-level Executive Assistant experienceExcellent problem-solving skills with high attention to detailStrong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly and exercise sound independent judgmentKeen ability to build relationships with stakeholders, both internal and externalExcellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skillsProven ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality, integrity, and discretionCapacity to handle tight deadlines and last-minute changes, and adapt quickly while remaining flexibleAs part of our team you’ll enjoy:Exceptional benefits packageFlexible Vacation & Paid Time OffEmployer-matched 401(k) planThe US base salary range for this full-time position is $80,000-$115,000. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location, and the range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations.
