Summary

The primary purpose of this position is to expedite production by organizing and monitoring production schedules. This position is responsible planning and establishing production schedules, monitoring material inventory, tracking progress of production and reviewing factors which affect schedules.

Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesDetermines production priorities by checking the master schedule, plant capacities and customer requirementsResolves scheduling problems by collecting and analyzing information and coordinating solutionsMaintains production database by entering dataContributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as requiredInteracts daily with engineering, sales, production, purchasing and shippingMaintains inventory and controls implementation and executionPerforms other duties as may be requiredCompetencies

Qualifications

Education and/or Experience

Requires a high school diploma with 1-2 years proven experience in the field or related area preferred.

Travel

This position requires minimal to no travel

Computer SkillsDemonstrated proficiency with MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and AccessDemonstrated proficiency using EPICOR ERP or similar systems
